If you have the okDriver app installed on your smartphone, you can delete your account immediately without waiting for web verification:

Step 1:Open the okDriver application on your mobile device.
Step 2:Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 3:Scroll down to the Preferences & App section.
Step 4:Tap on Delete Account & Data.
Step 5:Read the confirmation modal and tap Delete My Account. Your active session is terminated instantly and all local records are purged.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request (If Uninstalled)

If you uninstalled the okDriver app, changed your phone, or cannot access your device, simply fill out the secure request form below. We will verify your registered identity and execute the account wipe within 24 to 48 hours.

User Profile & Authentication: Full name, registered email address, phone number, password hashes, and active OAuth session tokens.
Emergency SOS Contacts: Trusted contact names, relationship categories, and phone numbers configured for emergency alerts.
Vehicle Profiles & Pairing: Vehicle registration numbers, car models, and associated dashcam hardware serial identifiers.
Driving & AI Telemetry Logs: GPS coordinates, speed traces, trip durations, drowsiness detection events, and distraction audio logs.
App Preferences: Selected language, video resolution configs, loop recording durations, and AI copilot sensitivity parameters.

Data Retained for Legal Compliance

Financial Invoices & Billing Records:Tax invoices for premium plans or hardware purchases are retained for up to 180 days (or statutory period) as required by the Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act and Companies Act, 2013.
Security & Fraud Prevention Logs:Anonymized access and security incident logs are maintained for up to 90 days to prevent fraudulent account recreations and abuse, completely decoupled from personal identifiers.
Deletion Audit Trail:A cryptographic hash of your deletion request reference is retained to verify compliance with Google Play and statutory data protection audits.
